For hundreds of years, men have lifted heavy stones as a test of strength.  One of the most famous of these Clach Cuid Fir is Kviahellan, a 418 lb. stone slab located in Iceland.

Steve Jeck, a junior high school physical education teacher, is inspired by the symbolism and unique challenges these testing stones offer.  This documentary follows Steve Jeck as he prepares to not only lift Kviahellan, but to follow the old Icelandic custom of carrying the stone around Snorri Bjornsson's two-hundred-year-old goat pen, a feat few have ever accomplished.
